    KQ Nairobi does not offer the same renowned customer service as KLM. I have been put on hold for 10 minutes and eventually have hung up! Complete waste of time!

    I had enquired from the Nairobi office in October 2016 regarding my compensation ,whereby I was asked to apply online,which I did.
    I applied for a compensation on a flight from London to Nairobi on 16th January 2017.
    To date have not received a reply from your offices.
    I am a flying blue member 2085959793.
    I am really frustrated with customer care services and need some answers and my compensation for the flight not taking off from Amsterdam on 24/9/2016.
    I had a meeting and an onward flight to Kisumu which I missed and lost a lot of revenue.
    Can someone please look into this issue urgently.
    I wanted to post this on social media but thought of giving customer care one more chance to rectify the issue.

    Hi I booked and paid for a flight with KLM KENYA from Nairobi to Amsterdam. KLM Kenya cancelled my flight and claimed I did not pay. My bank has given evidence that I have paid, 800 euro, and that KLM Kenya took the money. I want my money back. KLM Kenya does not pick up the phone or cuts me off if they do. I have booked elsewhere in the meantime and I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

    My name is Grace Njeri Gitaka, I wish to raise a complain as earlier advised from your offices.
    1.on the 10th of March, my flight was cancelled from Nairobi to Amsterdam, I stayed at the airport as I waited to get help but got help much later.

    2. On 11th March, my flight from Amsterdam to Birmingham was also cancelled. The airline later got me a flight BE114 AMS that I was to board, but was cancelled since they said they could not carry passangers from KLM, henced forced to stay at the airport and was given 5 Euro Voucher that night for the whole 25 hours stayed at the airport. I did not get food nor a place to sleep; but got a flight much later.

    3. On 1st April during my return my departure flight was scheduled for 17:40 hours, there was no flight. I had arrived earlier arrangements were made for me to put up in the hotel but I decided to go back to my family, where I was dropped by taxi organised by the airline.

    4. on 2nd April, I was picked up by a taxi from home at 2.00pm and dropped at the airport. The flight from Amsterdam KL 414, left me since I was on wheel chair, I did not board. I was taken to the hotel by taxi, the hotel kitchen was closed, so I was served a sandwich and a soft drink from their sandwich shop.

    My complain is that for close to 25 hours waiting, I did not get food and a place to place as per what the airline should provide in such cases. I there fore wish to seek for compensation.

    Hi! I am trying to get in contact with you regarding a voucher for payment for denied boarding due to overbooked flight. Me and my sister was denied to board flight no KQ116 the 23rd of Feb. We were promised to receive the payment in only a few days. Still not received any payment.
    I have already sent a claim to you, the 28th of Feb for which I got a answer that you should look at the issue with no 200228-000331, and today I sent a reminder. Than, surprisingly, I got a message back that my mail address was wrong. Which its not.

    KLM services at JKIA are extremely frustrating, particularly a dark, medium-height lady at the document check, who asked unnecessary questions and was extremely rude to customers. She was also very prejudiced against Africans. I don’t think she should be serving customers. Despite the fact that my documents were in order, I almost missed my flight.
