I have a open booking, original travel date was 15th Dec 2017 and return was on 18th Dec 2017 Kuwait – Chennai and return for four passengers. I want to reschedule my booking – onward journey on 14 / 15th June 2018 and return on July 13 / 14th 2018. I book my tickets through CityBookers. As per CityBookers I have to make these changes through Air India office only as they can not do it through their system.
I have tried to contact Air India Kuwait office, but could not be successful. Appreciate your advice and support in this regards
