Airasia cistomet care can’t provide AirAsia counter contact number at Bangalore airport.
They can’t help with any information about the luggage that should be sent in the next AirAsia flight.
Pathetic service..unable to reach customer care to

TO BUY ADDON BAGGAGE
My husband and me were scheduled to travel on Airasia flight I5-1720 on 20/3/2020( PNR M1N26J ) and Airasia flight I51729 on 23/3/2020 ( N24KUZ )between Bangalore and Jaipur.
Due to the Corona Virus threat ,now we want to cancel our trip since we both are above 70 years of age and I am Asthamatic. Since we fall in the High risk category , we have been advised to stay home.
According to Government’s directive the full fare is refundable by the Airlines. Please guide me how to proceed to get my refund. All numbers to your call centres and office are engaged constantly
Self & wife are booked for Bng-Pune flight on 24th March 2020. Due to COVID, we are unable to travel. We have been trying to get the date shifted as per their offer. But we are unable to get thro to them, as their lines are always busy 24 hours. Their AVA chat is also useless, since it pleads inability before finalising the revised date. Will somebody take pity on a 70+ aged couple & help?
I have been trying really hard to contact the AirAsia team in order to book my tickets again but all in vain. Visited their store, visited the airport, taking follow-ups on mail for more than 6 months but of no use. And they are creating case reference IDs and closing the same without giving any proper reason.
