I had the worst experience with Avianca. I bought 2 tickets Lima (Peru)- Zurich -Lima for my parents in April 2018 . I used about 200,000 miles and more than 1,000 USD to pay for these tickets. I received the confirmation, and the tickets. When my parents where in the airport to take the flight in July Avianca told them “the tickets where suspended”. Nobody could explained what happened, why they suspended them.
3 months later I am still sending emails every week , calling the customerservice line and there is no response from Avianca. I have not received the service I paid for, I have not received my money and my miles back and I had to buy expensive last minute flight tickets in other airline to bring my parents to Zurich and not lose all the reservations of our vacations.
I am still waiting for my money and a response Avianca ([email protected], [email protected])
I feel cheated.
Ich würde gerne am 28. März 2019 nach Medellin reisen und müsste am 24. April wieder zurück fliegen.
