    We canx this flight a week ago due to Coronavirus disrupting travel plans. It was a week before the flight was due to happen so plenty of notice.
    We have heard nothing since & trying to reach anyone to talk to is beyond a joke.

    I travelled with Avianca to Columbia in January 2022. Unfortunately Avianca overbooked the flight from Madrid to Bogota and there was no seat available for me despite the booking being paid for. I was told that I would not be able to travel until the following day and was offered compensation of 600 euros for this. Back in England I have contacted Avianca and was told that the compensation amount is only Avianca credit which would need to be used in the next year. I have no plans to travel using any of the options available in the future and this therefore means I will receive no compensation at all. It was extremely inconvenient and stressful being delayed in this way and I am entitled to compensation. I would like to receive my compensation as cash. Please contact me by email.

    I have been waiting for a response for my ticket cancellation. The website does not work, the app does not work, live chat does not work and the Avianca autotmated service is useless. It takes forever for anything to load on the website and when it does I get an error everytime I try to access the refund page, or any other page for that matter. The website is terrible and caused errors when booking my ticket. I would like it refunded. I still hope to fly with Avianca but if I do not recieve a reponse soon within my free refund window, I will consider my money stolen and proceed with legal action.

    I have found it impossible to speak to a real person in your call centres. I just receive recorded messages which do not answer my question, Your web chat and Whatsapp chat are also automated and do not answer my question.

    I am trying to purchase additional baggage, but receive error messages saying your system could not process the services purchased online. My credit card shows the payments as “pending”, but you do not process them so eventually they stop being “pending” and your system shows I have not purchased baggage after all. Your sales desk at the airport says they can sell me additional baggage at the airport but the price will be much higher.

    I want to purchase baggage online, but need your help to process the payment. Please help!!

    buenas tardes, tambien como otros pasajeros , he tenido una muy mala experiencia con AVIANCA, pesimo servicio al cliente, incumplimiento en la normativa de reembolsos y cancelaciones y este es un llamado a que los pasajeros presenten denuncias a la OACI, y pedir que la aerolinea no siga aprovechando la falta de informacion como herramienta para estafar a los consumidores. se debe cumplir con las leyes y si no , que la sancionen y le quiten los permisos.
