Eligible for refund if your flight was cancelled by Cebu Pacific or if itās delayed by at least three hours and you have not yet rebooked nor converted the flight to Travel Fund at the time of cancellation.

CEB will process refund requests within 15 calendar days. Actual crediting of refunds to the guestās account will depend on the issuing bank.

I travel twice a year to Sydney, Australia and I usually book and pay using the on-line facilities.
After booking, I get a confirmation email containing the receipt and itinerary attached which I print and use to get in the airport.
I also get an option to check in on-line before I go to the airport.
These online options no longer work. I have been trying for 3 days…. Every time I try to login to my account or try to access flight information: I have to wait for several minutes looking at a circle of dots in the middle of the screen, Eventually I get the same message :
“504 Gateway Timeout”
Please fix ASAP and advise me by email as I need too book in the next few days.

Hi! i booked online for my sister cebu=>butuan yesterday… i successfully paid it online thru gcash, but until now i have not received any confirmation from cebu pac. and or any booking itenerary, nothing, even official receipt of my payment.
