Why do we have to pay extra for the seats ig we try to Check-in online?
I have been trying to contact your Jakarta office, but it is so difficult and still not succeed until now.
I have raised my concern before via online, and received an email that someone will contact me…. well none contacted me until now.
I am traveling in business class from Jakarta – London (vv), and I have questions regarding the airport transport.
As the business class traveler, will there be any available airport transport for me (in Jakarta and London).
Because in the last travel to Frankfurt, we were provided with airport transfer from airport to hotel and later on hotel to airport.

Please advice changes of my Etihad flight schedule from Johannesburg to Jakarta from 22 April to 20 March 2020, due to dateline restriction entry to Indonesia. my booking no. UAMIHP, with Nanda.
