Dear Fiji Airlines,
I have never experienced such a high level of incompetence with an airline in my 68 years of traveling. Your airline has ruined my familyās trip of a lifetime to New Zealand by losing our bags and in particular, my wifeās bag containing her clothes, jewelry and medicine. It has cost us dearly.
The ability to reach a human being within your organization with any ability or the will to advocate for the customer is so sorely lacking, that I am not sure how you remain in business.
I have all the possible information necessary to provide you in detail to the situation we are now suffering through.This is just one more test to see if you even respond to a customer needing help or is this just another bit of window dressing to customers that have yet to be caught up in the vortex of disappointment and incompetence that we have experienced with Fiji Airlines. Hi Tim same happened with me on 22nd feb. i had flight from
Auckland to new delhi. I landed new Delhi on 23rd of feb without baggage. Till now i am looking forward to get my baggage. In my baggage (30.25kg) it includes jewellery, 22 brand new shoes all were cost more than $200. New shoping for my family for marriage. I had 2 pair of sunglasses, ( Burberry, Versace) and two watches I am very upset. My bag worth in nz dollar $15000.
Must guide me how you handled this situation.
