Pregnancy rules in Hong Kong Airlines:
- Expectant mothers can travel in Hong Kong Airlines till 36 th week of the Single pregnancy and 32 week for multiple pregnancy.
- After 28 th week, a medical certificate is required to travel which stated that you are fit to travel from your doctor or midwife.
- After 36th week of single pregnancies / 32nd week of multiple pregnancies will not be accepted for travelling.

This is the worst airline, You publish phone numbers for the Shanghai sales office and the number is not in service or no one picks up, Your website does not show the proper status if a flight is canceled or scheduled, and says to check later. Also when all flights were grounded in HKG, your website shows other information. When you enquire 8/15 as departure date is shows a 8/16 flight info to SFO. Does that mean the 8/15 flight is cancelled and will the passengers from that flight bump out the passenger scheduled on 8/16. It is very difficult to plan a return to the US for a flight booked on your airline. Typhoons occur and so do other disaster but proper communication is the most important part of customer service.
I am in Shanghai and I am leaving on 8/16. I need to know if I will be connected through HK for my flight to SFO. If not what alternate solution can Hong Kong Airlines provide. If not then STOP selling tickets showing flights from Shanghai to San Francisco and provide compensation to ticket holders for the difficulty in dealing with your airline, so that they can book on an alternate airline. Since your customer service department is non responsive, perhaps other customers can provide feedback and get a response from your company.
