How to change flight date / postpone / cancel the booked flight in Avianca Airline?
Change / reschedule your travel date in Avianca:
Here are the procedure to do online. You can also contact the travel agent to change your flight date
- Visit https://www.avianca.com/us/en/your-booking/manage-your-booking/
- Click “Change your flight”
- Enter the reservation number, passenger last name
- Click “Search”
- Select the date you want to reschedule,
- Confirm the submission.
- Click “Continue”.
How to get refund from Avianca airlines for unused / partially used flight tickets?
By online
- Visit https://www.avianca.com/us/en/can-we-help-you/on-line-solutions/refunds/
- Click ‘request a refund’ (or)
- Select ‘Check refunds UATP’ (or)
- Select ‘Check refunds’
- Enter the required details
- Enter Booking code (alphanumeric) & Passenger details.
- Click “Submit”.
- Your request will be processed manually by the Avianca customer service person.
Through Avianca Call Centre
- For any changes on partially used tickets, return tickets or tickets with multiple segments, Reroutings and cancellations, you can contact Avianca Call Center.
- For LifeMiles ticket you must contact Avianca contact center or visit sales offices.
- Your request will be processed manually by the Avianca airlines customer service person.
Through travel agent
- If you have booked a Avianca flight ticket through any travel agent, please contact them directly for refund.
