How to change flight date / postpone / cancel the booked flight in Bamboo Airways?

Change / reschedule your travel date in Bamboo Airways:

Here are the procedure to do online. You can also contact the travel agent to change your flight date

1. Visit https://www.bambooairways.com/reservation/ibe/modify
2. Enter your last name, booking/PNR Number
3. Select “change flight”/”rebook flight”
4. Select Flights you want change/find to rebook
5. Pay via credit card or domestic card (NAPAS)
6. Click “Retrieve booking”
7. Select the date you want to reschedule
8. Confirm the submission.

How to get refund from Bamboo Airways for unused / partially used flight tickets?

By online

1. If you want to cancel or refund, please click refund form.
2. Enter reservation code, flight itinerary, full name, flight date.
3. Enter the required details and make the payment if applicable.
4. Email to: 19001166@bambooairways.com

NOTES:

• Depending on the fare rules, the refund may not be allowed or a refund fee may be applied.
• Registered email only accepted for your booking request on refund.
• For “pay later” by cash at ticket office or bank subsidiary, please contact Bamboo Airways’s offices in Vietnam to refund.

Through Bamboo Airways Call Centre

• Contact Bamboo Airways branches or ticket offices for assistance with a fee of 450,000 VND / pax / segment (excluded VAT).
• Your request will be processed manually by the Bamboo customer service person.

• If you have booked a Bamboo flight ticket through any travel agent, please contact them for a refund.
