I am a resident in south Africa and would like to book for my siblings visit for December.
so my question is if i can book for them from here and they can get their booking information printed there in order for them to apply for their visa.
Also, i would like to know if it is refundable in case the visa was not issued, because we definitely need to book for a visa application and the embassy requires a proof of booking for a flight ticket. I tried to make a preliminary booking but the system keeps on asking me for payment details, which i don’t mind at all but i would like to know if i can get a refund in case the visa is not issued

I sincerely need your urgent help to facilitate me get some medication which i MUST use as per doctors prescriptions and have been left in Kenya today due to your official negligence and you didn’t find it kind to contact the affected parties before the flight take off. Now your office through your officials has told me to wait until Saturday for my luggage to be delivered.
Where i am right know have no dollars to buy other medicine for i had already acquire the same for some months during my stay in DRC.
This will affect my health if nothing is done in addition to other inconveniences caused like not going to work as required on this special mission for i have no cloths to wear. Please advice what need to be done.

Yesterday 28-11-2021 I have travelled with my family (3 Passengers) from Mumbai to Nairobi by (KQ213) & Nairobi to Kinshasa by (KQ554) with 6 baggages with the receipt No’s 217 265, 217 274, 217 280, 217 282, 217 287, & 217 291. but we didnt receive the baggages yesterday and today 29-11-2021 also not received. I dont what is the problem the baggages are not received. Please do the needful to find the solution
