I’m contacting you because we wont be able to re-book our flight. Our ticket was 1 year valid and also changeable.

I am writing because I have flown two legs in a three legs flight and un able to get my flying blue included when I was checking in.
I was told in the two cities that ‘ may be my name on the ticket is not exactly as it is on my flying blue record.
I tried to send in my e ticket and boarding passes as advised, but the system says I have to wait till 7 (seven) days.
I don’t want to wait seven days because I want to see how I can use my miles to upgrade last leg of my vacation.

My bag has been missing for 2 days. We landed from London to Nairobi on the 9th morning 5am. My suitcase has my valuabkeand my house keys. I traveled with 2 children 2 &6 they cant seem to load my bag from heat grow I have made a trip to the Nairobi airport twice to no avail. The service at Kenya airways is horrid.
