I have been trying to contact the KLM four days now the site is down and noone answers on the phone.this is unacceptable. I am waiting 30 minutes on the phone, in greek and English and spanish klm office customer service and there is no reply.
KLM check in agents in athens airport is like they came today from the woods.They are confused about their job, they don’t know their duties and they think that are border officers making a lot of personal questions to me that only from police I can accept.But their real problem is that I am Albanian, they are so racist with us and they prooved it once more time.I kindly request from company makimg some lessons to them and teach them that all races are equal.Its the second time same company same airport, in other airports I don’t have any problem, they are so kind and with a smiley face ready to help you with everything.

I have damaged luggage, the one suitcase that arrived a week late had missing items – my late father’s picture that cannot be replaced, heirlooms that cannot be replaced, purses, gifts, shoes and many other things. The suitcase is destroyed and I had bought it for this trip. No one is answering to my claim number or case and no one is picking up the phone in Athens, Greece.
