    I am having a very difficult contacting any person regarding my flight. I purchased my ticket from the USA to South Africa and back months ago. I tried to register my flight with the KLM site for tonight, only to find that the meal request section would not load. I require Kosher accommodation for my meal. I called the KLM line only to get the call center in the Philippines and someone totally powerless to help me. I paid for my ticket months ago, and I even paid the fee to KLM for my simple coach seat. It is terrible that I now must make this journey without my meal, and that I will have to pack food for my journey. I would hope that in the future that DELta airlines would do a better job at working with KLM, and that KLM could have the courtesy to address this issue earlier, like when I paid for my separate seating fee.
    I am truly disappointed that I can not even make a local call to get the KLM desk or office here in Johannesburg.

      My husband booked a flight ticket through a travel agent Priceline, travel dates 13 July till 29 July return.

      Upon checking in at Cape Town International Airport I was informed that we need Schengen Visas to enter Paris. We tried for 2 hours on the airport to reroute with no luck. When I call or whatsap Priceline and explain to them what the problem is, they refer me back to the Air line. It is a back and forth the whole time. I manage to get Air France on messenger but it seems that we were scammed as they wanted to verify my husband’s bank details to see if he really paid the ticket. While I was busy with the agents, we received an email that the KLM flight for the 14th July was delayed, but we wasn’t informed that the flight was even rescheduled. I then advised this agent which I was busy with and they informed me they are busy with it. Since the verification and all that I haven’t heard from them and the chat on messenger is now unavailable.

      My husband received a call round about 10.20pm last night and the group crew advised that they are missing us, again we wasn’t informed that we need to be at the airport on the 14th.

      I interact again with Priceline Travel Agency and they called me back I was on the phone with them for 2hours, they gave me a
      Case nr 1077773904 that was logged for a refund.

      Is there anyone that can assist us to get this sorted?

      Good day.
      I had a very unpleasant experience regarding my flight I was suppose to take on the 4th of March. I was denied departure by KLM duty manager as immigration in ireland said there is a risk but I was approved. I even booked a ticket for my fiance to meet me in Amsterdam and fly on my connecting flight to cross the border with me as he is an EU passport holder.
      I want to know if this means I should not use KLM airline services ever again or will someone in head office guarantee my save passage by means of some letter. This is unexceptable and I now need to apply for refunds on everything including my bag which I had to pay for separately as no one told me it’s not included in my flight ticket.. I’ve been contacting everyone I can to sort this out and it’s a dead end everytime.. Can you please assist me with someones name or number who can actually help me. Thank you

      The service at your KLM offices at OR Tambo airport in South Africa is pathetic. You phone all the numbers, youā€™re lucky if anyone answers and when they eventually answer, they are rude, unprofessional and speak as if they are doing us a favour. Then they put the phone down .

    this is a very frustrating airline to deal with i have been trying for months to resolve me seat on the plane. each time i get a different answer and when i try to book in 30 hours before i get told it cannot be done . try contacting them on twitter and it takes more that 4 hours to get an answer and all i get told is i am checked in and my wife and i are on different parts of the plane problem still not resolved try and phne them and the calls are not answered

    I want to fly from Durban to Amsterdam with Kulula/KLM. KLM has a 2 piece checked ion luggage of 23 kg each. Kulula only allows 20 kg from Durban to Johannesburg to get the connecting flight. Will Kulula allow the 2 piece concept of 23 kg each from Durban to Johannesburg.Will KLM make these arrangements and print this information on the ticket when I purchase same.

    An amount of USD 2171-74 bwas paid to KLM according to Nedbank South Africa.

    This morning an amount USD 2171.86 was also paid and deducted but to DELTA.

    I have dual citizenship and carry an EU Portuguese passport (for travel in EU without Visa) as well as a South African passport. The Portuguese passport details include my name, surname before marriage and current surname. The South African passport only has my name and my surname. My question is which details should use for the Ticket? Will it be a problem if I only fill in my name as on the South African Passport if I plan to use my EU Passport once I leave South Africa?

    How do I get somebody from KLM to answer a phone? I’ve been trying for hours… I’ve phoned the offices in the UK and NL and am told I need to phone the numbers that no-one ever answers. I tried the Whatsapp help, to be told to phone the same numbers. I asked on KLM’s twitter feed and was given the same numbers. To get back the money reserved against my credit card, I apparently need to speak to somebody who never answers the phone?

    I have had a terrible time trying to get my lost luggage. It is impossible to contact anyone. I got a bunch of numbers off your web site and none of them work. I tried to log a lost luggage report online but the system does not recognize my ticket details so I can’t do that.Both the customer care center and the bag delivery company cannot help me.     I booked and paid for a flight with KLM on July 24th 2022. I received an email this morning informing me that my flight from Amsterdam to Dublin (KL937) has been cancelled and I have been placed on a later flight.
    My Flying Blue membership number is 5014496814 booking confirmation number is U48CLK.
    I am traveling with my sister who is over 70 years old. Her flight has not been cancelled/changed.
    The only explanation I can arrive at as to why my flight has been changed, is because someone in KLM has given her seat to another (preferred) KLM client/passenger.
    I have a major problem with this type of treatment as, firstly I am not able to aid my sister and we are now not able to utilise the same pickup/transportation to our final destination in Ireland. (This has already been arranged and paid for).
    Thirdly I reserved a seat in advance and paid for this benefit. I have now been placed in a seat that is not of my choice, with no compensation.
    I contacted your flight service centre telephonically (+27 10 205 0101) and they were not able to assist me.
    This type of treatment from KLM is unacceptable.
    I request that you please rectify this matter and return me to my original booking as you are contracted by receiving my payment.
    I trust that I will be hearing from you soon in this regard.
