I want Denver Airport Lufthansa email id for Arrival issues.
I have called and left multiple messages for Lufthansa regarding something I left on the flight and no one has called me back. It was been over a month of calling and waiting for someone to call back.
It is impossible to get through to a Lufthansa person at Denver airport using the above mentioned phone number: 1 800 645-3880,
Whenever I press one of the options, nothing happens.
I arrived with LH446 from Frankfurt Wednesday 27 March. My biggest suitcase was destroyed (wheel missing and handle gone). I asked the LH rep in the baggage claim area, she sent me to baggage re-check, where I was sent on to the baggage service office by carousel 16. It was a United office, but I still waited in line, assuming they handle LH as well (Star Alliance). When it was my turn, it became apparent that I had to go to a LH office, wo I was sent up to the check in area. I spoke to Francesca from LH, and she took down the details, promising me that I would be contacted to get the baggage claim number (PNR or similar). I was not contacted. She also noted a phone number to LH baggage service, which was not correct at all either.
This is why I wanted to contact you, but with no success.
Is this a service level that you can live with?
I had booked a ticket to Chennai (India) from Denver using Lufthansa online. It is operated by United from Denver to Frankfurt. It seems Lufthansa hasn’t issues any ticket to United and United says I need to contact Lufthansa. Is it possible to quickly look into it as my flight is on 8-June-2019 and I am positing this message on 7-June-2019.

We both are fully vaccinated, I have the first shot Astra Zeneca, the second Pfizer, my wife got 2 shots Pfizer about 4 weeks ago, all documented on the CDC COVID 19 Vaccination Record Card.
