I’ve been trying incessantly to reach the JHB LH office without success. All I receive is a recorded message and I find this most frustrating and somewhat inefficient.
I read on your website that non German nationals TRAVELING from certain countries ( me specifically from South Africa )may not transit in Frankfurt. This airline is an absolute disgrace. do not fly them. My daughter flew on the 14th of January via Frankfurt to Edinburgh. firstly the air hostesses and stewards are so rude I think they have been specifically trained ot be rude.
Her luggage is lost. 3 days later there is no sign of it.
27 passengers on the same flight did not have their baggage loaded because the plane was too small to carry the weight. Try phoning the Lufthansa customer service centre. Apart from holding on for 20 minutes, the woman on the phone was so incompetent, that she gave me no information, and what she did was so disjointed that I got absolutely noway. Do not fly this airline. They are appalling and don’t care either.

I have a problem with a refund of my tickets that Lufthansa cancelled thru Opodo in October last year. You do not get a hold of anybody at your customer service number 0861 842538. there is no email address for you or Opodo to get in contact with you. The next thing to do is get a lawyer, between you and Opodo it’s a run around to get my refund.
I have inadvertently cancelled our trip and really needed to rebook it.
How can I correct this?
