Dear Lufthansa Customer Service
we are in Zuerich but could not even reach Lufthansa by phone.
OUR BOOKING REFERENCE NO. RXNYIJ
We have booked 2 tickets through Lufthansa for our flights Swissair June 1 to HKG then connecting flight June 2 to HKG.
However, yesterday, we received an email from Cathay Pacific that our connecting flgt to Cebu is moved to June 4. Lufthansa however, also wrote us that our June 1 flight (updated to Business using my Miles and More points) stays the same June 1.
This is not possible. Lufthansa should be aware that we are not allowed to transit HKG more than 24 hours.
We need a rebooking which connects us to the Cathay Pacific flight to Cebu.
We are thus requesting you to please book us on the next possible flight from ZH connecting in HKG to Cebu.
