I have now spend more than 30 minutes trying the telephone number 0900 – 1234777 as I need some urgent information to book tickets . Apparently, this number does not work.Please let know what is the relevant number for ticketing in The Netherlands.
After holding on the phone for now more than a total of 2 hours I am seriously annoyed.
We received a email from you yesterday informing us that our return flight has been change with a option to agree or rebook. The change means that we have to spend a night in Munich before leaving at 6:45 the next day to Amsterdam. This is just not acceptable. I would like to work out an amicable solution with you or get a total refund. Because if the return trip becomes impossible the trip to Sofia of no use to us.

Hi, I, together with my wife, was initially booked on October 16 on LH 1003 and LH 1528, Amsterdam – Frankfurt – Hurghada.
I have been informed by LH that these flights have been changed to LH 997 Amsterdam – Frankfurt (October 15) + LH 1528 Frankfurt – Hurghada (October 16). I have, online, accepted the above change of itinerary, however I have not received the new tickets!! The ticket numbers are 220*******495 (Jan Kirstein) and 220*******496 (Helle Kirstein). I initially booked my flight from Amsterdam to Chennai (India) for December 5th-2021. However, I have been informed by Lufthansa that my flights have been rescheduled from 5th December to 6th December. When I checked the booking status, I found that there is a mistake in my the tickets that one of the connection (Chennai to Delhi and vice versa) was missing in the arrival itinerary and it has been booked wrong in the return flights. I am trying to contact customer care for the past 2 weeks to point out the problem and to get a possible solution for my journey between Chennai and Delhi. But so far I haven’t got any response. My ticket number is 220*****010**-77 and my booking code is QIE28D. I kindly request you to contact me (by call) as soon as possible to correct the mistake in my journey.

After booking a return flight from Bangalore to Amsterdam (31-03-2022 / 07-05-2022) for 2 persons with 1 check-in luggage, passenger 1 needed to go back more early. From India we tried to reach you, Lufhtansa but the phone connection was very bad, the call was cut while we where in waiting que. More than once this happend after waiting for at least 45/60 minutes. If they already answerd the phone they are not given a proper answer. Passenger 1 booked a new flight with an other airline to Netherlands because it was an emergency to leave. From Netherlands we tried to reach you, Lufthansa again before the departer date but same story.
So passenger 2 took the luggage but you, Luthansa made him pay extra money because it was on the name of passenger 1. Even though your employees in Bangalore airport asked him to call passenger 1 and confrim we know eachother and he needed to show passenger 1 passport copy. Still they asked extra money and that was only for one way!
Passenger 2 extra mentiond the situation and that we tried in several ways and for weeks to contact you. They ensoured him the return flight would still be valid for both passengers.
Now, one week before the return flight we found out it got canceld for passenger 1. Again not able to reach you, we tried all phonenumbers and live chats we could find. This is very frustrating!
So it looks like we lost the money for one hole ticket and you even dont feel guilty to ask extra money from passenger 2 to take the check-in luggage. We really tried our best to find the best solution toghether with you but we feel left alone and that you only take our money without taking responsibilty.
We expect you to contact us and solve the problem!
