    On July 23rd, after arriving on flight LH510 from Frankfurt am Main to Buenos Aires, I noticed that my luggage was missing. I immediately reported this fact and received the reference number EZELH43810.

    Immediately I received a text message with the following content

    LUFTHANSA / PROPERTY IRREGULARITY REPORT / FILE REFERENCE –
    EZELH43769 / NAME – ZHARSKAIA / NUMBER OF BAGS – 3

    The next day I received a text message
    LH-

    EZELH43769/HELLO, WE WILL SEND YOUR 3 BAGS TO SCL AIRPORT ON
    BOARD LA476/24JUL ARRIVING AT 21:23PM. PLEASE CONTACT LATAM
    STAFF AT AIRPORT. BEST REGARDS

    On the 26th of July, I received a text message.
