Please get back to me concerning a customer complaint an claim FB ID 33177734. I have provided your Customer care with all details on July 22 but havent got a reply.
Lufthansa have refunded me for a cancelled fligt to Korea in april 2020. Lufthansa have sent the refund money to the Flygpoolen.se agent and on october 27 Flygpoolen.se sent me a message that they had sent the money to the bank account I had given them. Still, as of today I have received no money. Flygpoolen.se have stopped communicating with me on their Customer service website which is the only way they communicate nowadays. I have tried to ask the mto help me tracking the money and at least show me a receipt of the money transfer but they don’t reply.
