What kind of customer services do you provide since last 6 month to put the customers in bull shit mood ?
I hope to get any correct answer soon. or do lunch report to IATA or European Ombudsman or and any other organization to find out what is wrong by Lufthansa ?
Maybe do you feel Russian Invasion was not enough to destroy Ukraine economies and ….and Lufthansa also need catch the opportunities to push and make more hell to Ukrainian citizens , residences to steal their Money because of this situation?
Or maybe Lufthansa is bankruptcy and is the way to keep alive the company ?

Thanks for your kind response and as for your information, I did not receive yet any refund of my ticket yet.I also would like to update me any saved record ( how much, when has been done your transaction )?
Also because of invasion of Russian ,many accounts has been blocked by Central Bank of Ukraine.
Therefore the amount already returned back to Lufthansa surely.And should update you the new card and account number too
