    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am writing to you regarding flight QR 764 from Montreal to Doha, followed by QR498 from Doha to Tehran scheduled on Feb 24th, 2019. The booking reference for this flight was WZCMAW.
    The passengers in my party were:

    This flight was scheduled to depart from Montreal-YUL on 24-feb-2019 at 20:00 and reach Tehran on Feb 25th at 21:40 local time, flight duration 15h40m. However, the flight was cancelled and the rescheduled flight did not arrive at IKA-Tehran until 3:40 on 27-feb-2019 meaning it was more than 30 hours late.
    Despite providing phone number and email address, I did not receive any notification regarding the flight cancellation. I became aware of this issue few minutes before scheduled departure.
    As per law, airlines must provide accommodation when a flight is cancelled, however, what we received was getting a hotel room after 6 hours, no dinner until 2 am next day, and that was some cold French fries. If I new in advance, I would order dinner for my old and ill parents. On Feb. 25th at 11 am we received a call from Qatar Airways that the flight has been rescheduled and we should be in the lobby as soon as possible, so my old parents had to pull the luggage in such a hurry and get to the lobby, no card was available to carry the luggage. After coming to the lobby and waiting an hour to talk to an agent, we found out that our flight was at 20:45 so we had to carry the luggageā€™s again to the room.
    Another story is the food provided to us:
    ā€¢ Feb 25th, dinner was provided only at 2 am of the next day, feb 26th and that was only some cold French fries. You would agree that this would not be a proper meal for old and ill passengers waiting 6 hours on their feet to be transferred to hotel and another two hours to find something to eat!
    ā€¢ Feb 26th, breakfast served separately for QA passengers and at 8:30 am, we could only find some fruits, yogurts and peanut butter. NO BREAD ! you would find better choices in a one star B&B motel!
    ā€¢ Feb 26th lunch, no meat option, watery soup and some dumb, cold and tasteless pasta. Hope you are intelligent enough to understand when you have old passengers like my parents, their bodyā€™s strength declines very quickly when they are tired, stressed and malnourished for 24 hours!
    Furthermore, I had to be absent from my work in Ottawa and stay with my parents in Montreal because we had no info on the replacement flight until next day and I could not leave them, as they do not speak English or French. The QA manager could not find someone that would provide language assistance when needed during these 24 hours of delay!
    On top of all this mishandlings and problems and mistreatments of the clients, we found out that an extra stop is added to the plan and the duration of the flight is increased by 6 hours at least. How the stressed, tired and malnourished old and ill passengers are supposed to handle such a long flight????
    Furthermore, due to this delay, my passengers were not able to catch the train from Tehran to Kerman, an added stress to find a last minute domestic flight/train!!! And Qatar Airways offered no help.
    NOT TO MENTION THE UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR OF THE QA STAFF AT THE AIRPORT, INGORING THE CLINTS AND NOT SHOWING MINIMUM OF UNDERSTANDING TOWARD THEM! I SPENT 40 MIN JUST TO DROP THE LOGGAGE AT ONLIKE CHECK IN DROP LINE WITH A FEMALE STAFF WHILE WE WRE THE ONLY CUSTOMERS IN THE LINE. THE LADY WAS SO FULL OF HERSELF, NO GREETING, NOT LOOKING AT CLIENTS, NOT EVEN PRETENDING TO DO HER JOB WITH AN ACCPETABLE SPPED AND PROFICEINCY.
    My family and I have been loyal customers of your airline and I am deeply disappointed by the way that Qatar Airways handled this situation. I am seeking a whole compensation of the expenses, due to more than 24 hours of delay in departure, 30 hours of arrival delay, terrible accommodation, an added stop and seven extra hours of the flight duration.
    I have recorded every thing, and if needed, I am willing to submit a complaint to the Office of Consumerā€™s Protection Canada as well as the Ministry of Transportation.

    I look forward to hearing from you and would welcome a response within 3 days.

    Good day,

    RE: Trips from Vancouver to Shiraz & Shiraz to Vancouver

    My son and I were traveling from Vancouver/Canada to Shiraz/Iran. In this trip as I have attached the tickets below two unpleasant things happened.
    Meanwhile, in the flight from Frankfurt to Doha, in the long long trip, there was a lady and two kids behind me. All the way from Frankfurt to Doha, the little kid exactly at my back was kicking my chair non-stop badly like a bang of a hard hammer in my head. I tolerated a lot and tried to be patient. After a lot of kicking. I told the flight attendant to do something. And I did not see any changes in stopping the kicks. Then, I politely asked the mother to stop her kid at my back kicking but surprisingly the mother got mad and the kid kicked more and more and more and the mother did not stop her. After that at the destination of the flight from Frankfurt to Doha,
    I asked the mother: “Is your final destination India?”
    and the mother said: “Yes, why?”
    and I said: ” because, I will write a comment online about a mother and two kids in this flight who were going to India and meanwhile, were kicking my chair and the mother did not stop them.”

    I have had lots of flights with Qatar airways but this one was really uncomfortable. The flight attendant did not do anything to stop them and the mother did not do anything to stop them.

    After that for the return from Shiraz to Vancouver, I gave a newly expensive luggage to Qatar airline and in Vancouver, I received the luggage with two big ripps on it. I took photo of the luggage that I attach it here.

    Hopefully, I could get a reasonably pleasant answer from this email.
    If I do not get any answer, I will post my story online.
