I booked flights (Istanbul-Doha-Colombo and back) in Brussels in February 2020 for March 2020, but the flights were cancelled due to Covid-19. I made several attempts to get a reimbursement, but the people I talked to found my booking, promised a lot, but didn’t reimburse. I am sick and tired of this procedure which smells of FRAUD.
I want to get the legal addresses of Qatar in Belgium and Germany. And I want to know which service and which person is responsible for and capable of handling my claim? I also want a relevant and functioning e-mail address + phone number. (As the other comments say, one can’t reach your company. A functioning company doesn’t need to hide!)

I have the same problems for reaching someone of Qatar in Belgium. Tried already so many times via different numebrs and e-mails and still no solution. It is concerning very exoensive business class tickets and asking for a refund or a voucher, impossible!
This company doens’t care about their clients! A real shame!

Qatar flight # QR 1185 from Jeddah to Doha was late so I missed my connecting flight QR 193 from Doha to Brussels. Qatar airways booked me on QR 131 to Rome FCO airport and from there on AZ 160 to Brussels. I arrived Brussels at 17:30 PM but my luggage # 157 343898 did not. I contacted the lost & find office the office identified my delayed luggage and sent me the following message to my phone:

Seulement arriver à Bruxelles au retour nous avons constaté un soucis avec la chaise qu’on ne sait plus plier ce qui n’était pas le cas à l’aller.

On my return flight to Nairobi, Kenya, on 28th August 2022 I would like to be allowed to check-in my dog’s plastic basket, which is as light as a feather, besides my usual luggage of 2X23kg. Your colleagues in Nairobi told me that I should not worry about that, as they said that it is no problem. In the past Brussels Airlines never objected to that. I hope that, as Qatar Airways has a good reputation, you will also accept this.
