    I left an ipad in the seat back pocket of Flight 81 from Istanbul to Boston on May 2. I was in seat 17J. Any chance there is a lost and found that it might have be turned into?

    I logged on to Turkish air, booked seats and paid $ 207= on line for one bulkhead seat in the BOS – ISTANBUL flight and two bulkhead seats in Karachi flight from Istanbul. The following are seat reservations, that I paid for.
    BOS-IST. Seat no. 6D. $109=. 9D free
    IST- KHI. Seats 14D and 14E for $98=
    Please confirm that these reservations have been made.
    I was unable to get back the confirmation through e mail.
    We need wheel chair for only one passenger.

    Please get customer service reps who answer the phone! This is crazy to have a major airline with nobody picking up. Its 8:30pm, my flight is in 3 hours and NOBODY PICKS UP THE PHONE!

Biletimi iptal ettirdim benden 300 dolar kestiler,tamam normaldir ama confirmation numarasi almak icin bir saat telefonda konustuk,beceremediler. Daha sonra sana email ile gondericez dediler yine gondermediler.4 gun sonra tekrar aradim biletimin iptal edilmedigini soylediler.O zaman 300 dolari niye aldiniz dedigimde bir bakalim biz seni arariz dediler,simdi bakamazlarmis.Boyle bir servis olabilirmi?Ulkem adina utaniuorum. Baska hava yollarindan bilet almak zoruma gidiyor ama insanin da bir tahammul siniri var.

    I tried to reschedule my flight (canceled due to Corona Virus) many times with no results so far. I believe your Costumer Services are very bad and unprofessional – last time when I was able to talk with one of your staff (very difficult to contact you by phone) I was ask to pay an additional fee of $ 300 for rescheduling. Then when I asked for a FULL REFUND ($669,55) I was asked to pay a fee of $275. Unbelievable ! I have to pay for my money back, ridiculous. Even so I flew many times with Turkish Airlines I will probably never fly again with your airline. Very disappointed.
