This airline is operated by an Animals’ management, so thy don’t understand Humans, next time, file a complaint against them (if in Canada or USA) via the better Business Bureau. these thieves will not reimburse you unless you show them some power-a Horrible and a TERROR airline-NEVER again!
Nobody answers the phone at 170 University office
I arrived at Toronto on the second day of September from istanbul (ataturk airport), but unfortunately I lost my suitcase and I do not know where I should go and I did not find any reference for follow up.
worst airline ever website is refusing to add infant and customer service in canada does not know anything about mississauga where toronto airport is ? last time to fly with them egyptair is better by far
This is the first time I used this airline,after a lot of problem in Vancouver airport ,we could get in the plan,but it has more than 10 H delay, in Istanbul airport,no body responding, I had a little kid with me , it was one of the worth experience I ever had. The end of the day witch I arival to MHD airport, my 4PCs luggage not showed up, and still I didn’t get it.
Highly not recommended this airline.

I charged 2 times for One Service, I received one confirmation which as per your customer service is invalid!!!! I request to talk to manager , he could not explain the situation and when I ask him to refund my money he hang up on me.
I believe he introduce himself Bob !so rude and unprofessional
I paid 2 times in total $1046.00 Canadian to select seats and still I don’t have it , Your customer service applied it once for me and after charge my credit card said that it’s not going trough and after that he ask me to go online and add the seat online and I get charge for the second time and still they said it is not applied !!!!
