    Hi!
    I am trying to get in touch on the phone with an agent at the Toronto office. The phone keeps on ringing and ringing. Nobody picks up the phone to talk, instead it is being cut off!!
    Do you think that this is a good customer service from Turkish Airlines??

      Same here. I am trying to connect with them and ask about the possibility of a bassinet in my flight for my 2 month old. The customer care 1800 number told me to book the ticket first and then take my chances with the bassinet because they can’t assure there will be one. So I book the ticket and they don’t give me a bassinet I have to carry my 2 month old for 10 hours or more in my arms. The customer care guy said “yes mam you will have to do it.”
      Very poor customer service for $5000 worth of tickets.

    I am extremely disappointed with Turkish Airlines customer services. I have been in contact with your feedback channels for one and half months now over my lost luggage. I have filed numerous complaints, only to receive negative investigation results about my excess baggage. No one will acknowledge that your staff at the check in desk has made a mistake.

    i have called your customer service lines only to be passed from one representative to another. I have been told that due to the lack of labels, which were not provided to me by your staff at the check in desk, there is no proof of my luggage in your system. The reason why my luggage did not arrive with me, is because of your staff’s negligence to provide the labels. It is the reason I have not been able to file a report on the date of arrival, as this is the excuse you are giving me for not being responsible for my lost luggage. I only discovered the lack of labels because i was trying to file a report.

    All i receive from you is a removal of responsibility. I have done my own investigations and found my own luggage. My suitcases are simply sitting in Ataturk airport. I have provided everything you need to return my luggage, doing the work you should have done. Yet, I still get these copy past Emails attempting to wash your hands clean.

    I am a paying customer. I am completely appalled by your lack of business ethics. I want my luggage returned. when can I actually speak to someone with authority about my luggage? I am tired of filling in your forms only to receive automated responses about the reasons why you cannot help. This is completely unacceptable. Where are your business ethics??

    I want my luggage returned. it has been one and a half months now. Not only have you ruined my holiday, but you’ve cost me so much financially and otherwise.

    I repeat, I want my luggage returned. I gave it to you in good faith.

    I booked a flight ticket with them and it has been confirmed. At the checking desk they tried to take my seat just because they have extra booking at that day. They told me that I am at standby even my ticket is confirmed. I called the agency where I booked my ticket from and the manager of that agency told me that this is a trick that turkish airline always playing with passengers. During high session, they are selling extra tickets to avoid any possible cancellations and when it happened that nobody is cancelled, they tell passengers that his/her ticket is standby to see his/her reaction. If you insist and defined your right you will get the seat, otherwise, they will move you to a different flight at a different time. Also, their flight attendants are rude. Simply, the worst customer service that I have ever seen in my whole life.

    Hi dear Turkish Airlines,
    I sent my email with a complaint on February 21 and unfortunately, nobody answers to me even though I sent it to three emails that I found. Delivery has failed to this email: [email protected]
    But the other two emails were fine: [email protected], [email protected]

    Today I sent my second email, and I called the number 1 800 874 8875 and it asked the feedback number which I don’t have. I was waiting for about an hour and then I realized that nobody is going to answer. It says, “All our representatives are currently speaking with other passengers”. It was around noon Pacific time but nobody was answering.

    I called the other phone P +1 416 260 4880 but it says it doesn’t work.
    Could you please let me know what should be my next steps in this matter.

    I am going to Karachi from Montreal. On Istanbul airport the connecting period of next flight to karachi is more than 12 hrs. Please explain me your policy about courtesy hotel room for those passengers who has to stay at airport more than 12 hrs. It is not stopover. There is no flight to karachi from Istanbul airport in next 12 hrs. Do I have to stay on airport? I am waiting for your reply to book my flight. Thank you.

    its really hard to write a bad comment but i have no choice.I am trying to reach head office to check my ticket cancellation status and i called customer service several times but i did not get any response.
    it is such a poor service and poor airline.I had bad experience before but i give them a another chance but results r the same.

    I am trying to cancel my mother’s flight on May 24, but I have failed to reach a customer care representative. I can’t do it on website either. No one ever picks up the phone. This is a very rude attitude from Turkish Airlines during this difficult pandemic time.

    I need to have a full refund because Turkish Airline canceled my flight and I ask for a next available date reschedule and instead they issued ticket with wrong info, for some reason they changed first flight city so I follow all the instruction and open a feedback(in total I submit more then 15 feedbacks) and they were working on this for a week and I missed my flight. I was lucky because they cancel another one flight in my ticket so I am allowed in this case to ask for a full refund and finally they send me email saying this was an agent issue and apologies for this but in fact issues are happening and main thing how you resolve it. I’ve asked for a full refund
    to my credit card and here is new adventure with Turkish Airlines, CSR are saying that this need to proceed via Canadian office instead so Toronto office is not replying to any calls and emails and CSR said that I have to approach to them, I am located on West side of Canada and now have to flight to Toronto really.

    Hello,
    My parents (Iranian Nationals) have flight from Toronto to Tehran (Iran) on Feb 9th and still it is not clear for me if PCR test is required to board plane or not,as I’ve heard different stories. Based on the IATA Iranians (nationals) who do not have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus test, are subject to PCR test and quarantine upon arrival, which means it is not mandatory to show a PCR test result to board the plane, and they can get tested in IKA airport in Tehran,but I’ve heard from my friends who had flight recently from Toronto to Tehran,Turkish staff didn’t let them board the plane, as they didn’t have the PCR test.what I’ve requested is ,just please clearly mention if the Turkish staffs will not ask them PCR TEST RESULT to board the plane ,and if they can go to Iran without PCR test.
