I have recieved my boxes in five months ago and two of them were totaly water damaged. I sent email and i gave call to turkish cargo many time to solve my problem but i didn´t get any respond. Can you please check the emails that i gave you or give a call please. I had stuff on my boxes that they were very expensive and important for me and now they all damaged very bad and i can not use them anymore.

Do these people answer their phone or check their messages???? I have a dog booked to fly into Toronto this week. Need to confirm with Turkish cargo and make arrangements. No response to email. When calling it rings then message says mailbox full and cannot leave message!!!! I’m really stressed out!!! Need to make arrangements to pick up my dog. I really wish transport company picked a different airline to get my dog to Canada!!! Have read other comments and see they are not good.
