Your office in Addis is virtually inaccessible. You failed to deliver my bag when I flew in from Rabat on 16th of February and I am still struggling to learn about its whereabouts. How could you be so inefficient?
Dear Sir / Madam , I would like to express some of the an unpleasant experience I had on may 6 and 7 in your office located on SNAP PLAZA building and at the Addis Ababa Bole Airport as follows : –
1) I was by your Ticket Office on Monday Morning on May 6th 2019 @ 9:15 am , I was the 3rd customer in line however the system was down for about half an hour , 2 of your agents ( 1 male and 1 female ) were simply sat down focusing only on their computer and Laptop , No eye contact no excuses your office was like a mourning house , please tell them to be more friendly as we are paying customer.
2) I have been told by them that there is no land line telephone access to the ticket office and were not volunteer to give me their mobile phone address to have further inquiry if needed also I was told by your male ticket Agent that any business class passenger can carry 3 luggage’s each 23 KG , this was also reconfirmed by him to my Niece unfortunately on the may 7th during the evening flight My Niece and her 5 year daughter have been told at the Check in counter that Turkish airline have not such kind of luggage transfer arrangement and they told her to rearrange her luggage to 2 luggage each 32kg and this has to be done in the middle of the Airport , it was very disappointing moment . in-future please avail some detail written information to your passengers or put it on your official website .
The Positive Reception :-
I and My Niece were forced to bitterly complaint to one of your female supervisor inside the Airport by the Check in counter , after she had telephone conversation with her Turkish Manager ( I assume ) My Niece and her daughter were allowed to proceed her trip as planned , Please convey our appreciation to your lady and also to other gentleman supervisor on duty , to our understand they have gone extra miles to find solution to the problem . Still Turkish Airline will be our ( the family ) best choice , as per my telephone conversation with my Niece the service throughout the flight up-to Istanbul was excellent , they have enjoyed it , after few hours they will continue their flight to USA where the final destination is , Please Keep up all the excellent part .
According to the office in Addis Ababa, I have no fee charge on the first time flight change. That also is confirmed here in Canada. However, they are charging me for the service that they are offering to change my flight. Is it legal on your side? Do you know about it? Why don’t you tell your customers about it then?

today we had 2 passengers stranded in istanbul airport and have work visa and were not allowe o to board …after some time they gave them the visa and ticket and all documents at airport but the sales office management ,with name mahlet couldnt give us good assistance and our passngers are having difficulties stranded in istanbul airport cause of this.please let us know why we couldnt get good assistance despite having all the proper documents..
