Pregnancy rules in Turkish Airline:
- Expectant mothers can travel in Turkish Airline till 36 th week of the Single pregnancy and 32 week for multiple pregnancy.
- After 28 th week, a medical certificate is required to travel which stated that you are fit to travel from your doctor or midwife.

I have sent e-mail twice to have contact information to a forwarding agent in Dhaka in order to get a price to send by air freight 9 kilos of frozen shrimps but I do not get any answer.
Dear Sir
I’m a passenger of your reputed Turkish Airlines. I’m an Engineering General Manager in profession in Dhaka. In July, 2018 I planned for UK and Istanbul visit.
Accordingly I paid for my air ticket (copy attached herewith) as below;

Travelling plan date: 5th July to 11th July, 2018
This ticket was handled and issued by by a Turkish Air agent staff Mr. Nazab Hasan Saif, mobile no. +88-01673208850 and +8801777888082. Due to my VISA delay from Delhi, Mr. Nazab suggested me to cancel the ticket on 28th June, 2018 and it was cancelled on that day though I tried to re-schedule my ticket. He received Tk. 92,000/= for this ticket and again received Tk. 12,000/- as processing fees for cancelling this ticket on 28th June. When I asked for a re-scheduled ticket, he asked huge amount newly out of any justification and informed me that refund amount for cancelled ticket will be disbursed after 45 Days from Turkish Air authority.
When I failed to get a new ticket after receiving my VISA on 4th July, I went to Turkish air Gulshan office and collected my new ticket no. 2352351566917, booking ref. TVZSC7 and travelled from 9th July to 24th July accordingly (new ticket also attached). During way back from London, I lived in Bricks airport hotel in Istanbul and travelled long hours in Istanbul , which is a historical and very nice city. This ticket was issued by Turkish air Dhaka local staff Mr. Forhad , who helped me for a new ticket in reasonable cash payment and he knows the total incident as I talked to Mr. Nazab in front of him from his office. As per advice to wait for 45 days, I have been waiting for my refund amount of Tk. 92,000 + Tk. 12,000 =Total Tk. 1,04,000/= (One Lac four thousand Taka only) since 28th June. When I communicate with Mr. Nazab, he assures me that refund was delayed from Turkish airlines. Very recently I came to know that he is no more in his job and not receiving my phone calls.
I’m a regular traveler in many destinations but I never faced this type of situation. More than 4 months already passed but nobody is taking any responsibility for my refund amount. This type of incident will certainly damage the very good image of Turkish Airlines in Bangladesh for this type of irresponsible ticket selling agents/sub agents.
This is for your kind attention and prompt actions for my refunding my paid amount please.

is ur office opened ? i have been calling since all day , its ringing but seemed none on the other side about a cancelled flight on 27 th March to Germany. i have emergency to go back since Berlin is not jet lock down. Reservation code UW 45BC , ticket no 2353371234570
Service at Shahjalal airport is absolutely horrible. I had absolute disgusting experience flying from Dhaka to Miami. These people on the counter are very rude. They need better training to serve passengers flying with International flight. They are absolutely rude and unpleasant. I dont think I will ever fly with Turkish airways. Sorry.
