My bro ayes Ahmed who is waiting for his boarding pass in Dhaka airport by turkey’s air lines as he got resident visa/immigrant visa from Peru that is why he buy one way ticket after talking to air lines directly but now they are asking for return ticket.i am requesting to concern authorities of airlines if they can issue boarding pass now.help him

I Have Turkish airlines ticket # 235 637409475 for sector Dhaka to Istanbul on 07/2/20 and another Ticket # 169-2400097278 for Afriquiya airlines for sector Istanbul to Tripoli for 08/02/20.
Reportedly a confirmation email sent from Afriquiya to Turkish Airlines Dhaka about my boarding confirmation (ok to Board). Would appreciate if you kindly confirm about such email.

I have purchased a ticket through a travel agency few months back for USA via Chicago. Travel date is 3rd May 2020. Considering the corona virus pandemic it seems impossible to fly on that day. Is there any possibility from your side to continue operation on that day? if not when you will inform us?

For the first time i had a very uncomfortable experience at Dhaka (Bangladesh) airport at 16 February 2021 with Turkish airline’s ground staff. I was so surprised about their unprofessional behavior.Most of them are dishonest and very rude towards the passengers. The manager hasn’t any qualities to make satisfy the passengers, the man most probably origin from Turkey was very rude as well. it seems all of them (ground staffs ) are their for disturbing or showing their power towards the passengers. No one their for helping or make sure the better service. Turkish airlines authority should think about this and improve their quality of services at the dhaka shaha jalal airport ground staffs..
