Hi, I received an email stating that my flights have been cancelled (Helsinki-Istanbul-Cape Town). What now? Do I get a refund so that I can book again as I need to do the trip as close to those original dates as possible. I’m finding it impossible to get information off your website and I cannot get to the point where I’m able to talk to someone on the telephone helpline.
