    Hello, I have a flight to Jordan booked for 4 May and return from Israel for 14 May both with your airline. Can you tell me if the flights will be operating to the best of your knowledge. I know the Israelis require all people entering their country to have 14 days quarantine as of today.
    If the airline can’t make the flights TK1922 on 04.05.20 and TK0785 can you advise if you will transfer the booking to a later date or at the least produce a document indicating yr airline and destination country’s policies in relation to corona virus.

    I see no corona virus updates on your website.

    On 12th March because of Covid 19 Turkish Airlines cancelled the last leg of our outgoing flight and we were advised by Flight Centre that we would be getting a full refund for the cost of all tickets. Flight Centre also advised us that Turkish Airlines would be handling the entire flight refunds including those on Malaysian Airlines.
    I have been ringing and emailing Flight Centre regularly to enquire if the refunds have been received and they tell me it is being processed.
    My reason for writing to you is to hopefully find out:
    Is Turkish Airlines are going to refund us for these flights.
    Has the refund been processed and the hold up is with Flight Centre.

    I understand these are unusual and trying times but would appreciate any help or information you can assist me with.
