Dear LH, my friend is trying despiratly to leave Tunisia and return to his home in Munich. Now he found, at last!!, a ticket for a LH-flight on the 1st of June from Tunis trough Frankfurt to Munich. He is in a situation where he can only can pay cash at your office on the airport. But how offen he tried to reach somebody there, nobody is answering the telepone!! What must he do to a) book a ticket for above mentioned flight and b) how can he be sure that he will be able to pay for it? he is affraid that he will stuck in Tunisia longer if he does not have a conformation of the ticket.
I myself are in Turkey, and have to help my friend who has no internet himself, nor has he the skills to work with websides etc.!! It might be an option for me to book the ticket on his behalve , using all his credentials, so the ticket will be bookes and he jhimself can pay for it in LH-office in Tunis Airport.
