I cannot get a hold of British Airways in Austria. The telephone Customer service number of +43 (1) 79 567 567 is no longer in service. No alternate number given and no email address to send to get information. This is appalling! I can’t get a hold of anyone to assist me with my flight reservations. No record of my Reference number by the Airlines and says I have already flown all my fights for My Booking and that is not true as I still have a return flight in July. I am over 2 hours away from Vienna and cannot reach a live person to assist me!

Ive tried several hours to book my flight to London yesterday, but each time, I want to pay via paypal ,the session was closed. I cant pay via credit card at the moment, for Im on holiday in Schladming, and I really dont have the last bill of my creditcards with me which are needed for paymet with the cards.

The service is atrocious!
Nobody answers the phone because there is no one there to answer the phone.
Actually, the service is nonexistent.
Worst airline ever. Cancelled my flights twice. Number doesn’t work. Call Center is so noisy can’t understand the worker. Eight hours in Heathrow without any compensation.
Never flying with you again!!
