Im flying to London with BA Flight 631 at 08.10am Thursday 8th October
will there be any change to the flight?
I had booked return tickets to London for last March 23, 2020, for myself and my wife: Maria Misiou.
We did not manage to travel, due to coronavirus; we had sent to you a certificate of the Hygeia hospital certifying that we were not able to travel. You had sent to us a confirmation that our tickets will remain valid and open for 1 year, as refund was not possible on behalf of BA.
It seems that we might not be able to travel in the weeks to came and we wonder if you could kindly, either refund or extend the validity of our tickets.
