I have been trying to pay for extra baggage and book seats for myself and my wife since yesterday.
My flight code is WY39ND for David Graham and Noreen Graham and the flight is at 15:00 hrs today and still no luck
I find this whole thing extremely distressing and unhelpful and will be extremely unhappy if I have to pay addition costs by paying at the airport.

Hello, i been trying to send to email to london_dm@egyptair.com and london_cc@egyptair.com, this two email was give to me by Egyptair attendant, Heathrow terminal 2, on 19.09.2020, as my flight was delayed 24 hours and i was told to email as mentioned above to request delay compensation. The emails above are not in service and i cant find any contact from Egyptair to request my compensation. Your company been causing me anxiety and extra unnecessary stress.

Sent several emails to London office no response also when I tried to telephone no one answers. I am shocked how am I supposed to make a booking. Prior to Pandemic I was regular flyer from LHR to Cairo.
Fully vaccinated including booster jab all on NHS app. Aware I need negative PCR test before departure do I also need one for returning please.
Whenever I try call Egypt air London the call goes unanswered I want to clarify a few things prior to flying in January.

I need to change the dates of my Egyptair flights again but I am constantly on hold when ringing the London office. Three days running I was on hold for more than 3 hours each time, then cut off as the office closed.
We are supposed to be flying on 17th January but want to change the outbound flight to 7th February.
Why am I not able to change flights on line as I have done in previous years ?
Emailing doesnt get a response.
My flight has been changed and now I miss my connecting flight. I cannot get through to anyone on the phone to help resolve this problem. I wasn’t even notified about the change luckily I logged intomthe app just to double check. Not being able to speak to anyone to rectify this fault is causing massive stress and starting to regret booking egypt air. Should have booked another airline.

I was told by Egyptair when i booked three tickets that i have the right to book seats free of charge 48 hours before the flight. The London-Cairo fight coming Friday is less than 48 hours away. Yet all the seats i can find are chargeable. Booking reference: THKSIJ. The flight is on the 26th of August 1500.

Impossible to get through on the phone. 1 full day just getting an engaged tone, day 2, got as far as a holding message, held for 2 hours then was cut off. No reply from emails two days running. Going to go to the London office and try there to get the assistance I need.
How come there is no Egyotair Customer Service through phone except Monday ro Friday from 9am to 5pm!!!!!!!
