    I am booked on AK 5741 from Tawau to KLIA on 20.4.2018 Departing 8.40 pm.
    I am trying to change (on-line under manage my booking) my flight to 7.10 pm on the same day but consistently get an error message and to try again. What can I do to change my flight to an earlier flight?

    Its the worst air asia service , our items was mis placed in Penang and instead of sending to JB they sent somewhere else and its nto yet found.

    its a fragile item and we have an event n haven’t received it yet and the number they gave they only use for outgoing never takes any calls.

    this is old habit of airasia which will never improve.

    Saya penumpang Air Asia AK6455 dari Langkawi-Johor Bahru (1530) pada 1 Februari 2019, dukacita dimaklumkan setelah sampai di rumah saya dapati luggage saya mengalami kerosakan di bahagian badan dan roda. Dalam flight yang sama saya mendapat maklum bahawa terdapat lagi 3 penumpang lain yang mengalami kerosakan luggage. Pesawat kami agak lewat tiba di Langkawi pada tarikh tersebut dan dalam keadaan tergesa-gesa crew membuat clerance dan masukkan luggage kami untuk meneruskan penerbangan balik ke Johor Bahru.

    Saya mohon nasihat pihak Air Asia untuk mendapatkan hak kami sebagai penumpang yang kerap menggunakan perkhidmatan syarikat tuan. Dan ini kejadian pertama yang menimpa kepaa saya.

    Atas keprihatinan pihak Air Asia dalam menangani masalah saya amatlah dihargai dan diucapkan ribuan terima kasih.

    Hi, i had do the duplicate bookings for the same date same flight because of my network problem. For payment, i only did one time. May i know how can i cancel the 1st time booking (which payment not yet made)? The 2nd booking payment already made, so i will only want to remain this booking.
