What documents that I need to prepared to fly from Kuching to Miri. Now i’m still under 14 days quarantine at hotel. Will discharge from hotel on the 21st april 2021. But my flight to miri is on the 22nd april at night time.
I was double charge for the same flight and same reference for my flight from Langkawi to Kuala Lumpur for reference No. C8R63E. I have submitted my complaint to Air Asia Support and my case Number is 100163527.
I need to know how fast will they refund me and whether they are going to pay me with cash transfer to my savings account or via credit point. I hope it will be cash payment.

My husband and I will leave Kuching to Phuket via KL on 25th April. Airasia cancelled Kuching to KL sector and booked us on another flight. This flight is late for our KL to Phuket flight.
We went to Kuching International airport Airasia counter, they sent us to Sarawak Plaza office. We arrived at Sarawak Plaza Airasia office. This office has been closed for long time. The office is empty and permanently closed according to security officer. We took a photo of that office – no desk etc in there
