    Good dayd,
I tried the listed number (800-744-0006) however I got a recording saying that it is out of service. Kindly provide the correct number for the Jamaican office.
    Thank you

    Good day,

I booked a flight for May 23…record locator: MHFNBB. When I tried to check on the status, it says “error on page”. Please rectify this, as it makes me very nervous.

I bought a plane ticket for American airlines in Jamaica travelling to Florida this was done in July of 2020. I was not allowed to board my flight and no one in Jamaica knows who is in charge of American Airlines operation here in Jamaica.

On January 22, 2021 there was a full page adverstisement placed in The Jamaica Daily Gleaner. The ad was placed by American Airlines. The Ad thanked Butch Stewart for doing business with American Airlines. No one in Jamaica can tell me who is the local manager for American Airlines here in Jamaica.
