My tour to Panama has been cancelled 4 days before departure. I urgently need to cancel my flight with Copa but am unable to reach them. The phone rings busy all day long. At 5:00 am when the office opens I was able to get in a telephone queue. The call back feature called me back and then went immediately busy. Trying again, this time staying on line, it went silent after 26 minutes. Trying again produces just a busy signal. This has been true for two days.
