    Hi,
    On 15th Dec 2017, I travelled with Garuda from Singapore to Amsterdam at 2045hrs. However, the incoming flight from Jakarta was delayed therefore we missed our connecting flight to Amsterdam from Jakarta airport.
    I am in process of getting insurance claim for this inconvenience.
    Need the letter from Garuda to support the claim.

    I have been in contact with Garuda Indonesia in Thailand and they have confirmed that holding an Israeli passport I can fly from Singapore to Amsterdam. They have told me I should contact the Singapore desk to get it in writing.
    Can you please confirm back to me in writing to my email sally.m_21@hotmail.com that I can board your Garuda Indonesia aircraft with an Israeli passport from Singapore to Amsterdam as I would like to book my flight ASAP

    I have done online bookings for Garuda flights fm sin to lop via jkt but booking was being cancelled by the merchant so have no choice but to purchase cash directly fm T3 ground handling agent. The officer had asked for the passport of passenger (my maid) and book a ticket for us. But instead of booking to lombok as stated in the passport, she had book only to Jakarta! Now I couldn’t find my maid? I asked for many helps, made report to Bandung Garuda (case no. 900725309) and tried called T3 Jakarta and immigration Jakarta airport but to no avail. My ETKT no. Is 126 2498866429. How can the officer made sucj a ridiculous mistake!
