      I would like to book a ticket to fly back to scotland in march 2022. Scotland does not need a pre departure pcr test anymore. I just want to know whether does klm or singapore airline needs a pre departure pcr test. As I know some of the route to uk will have 2 transit. One is in Singapore and the other one is in Amsterdam.

    I had a difficulty with the KLM in Kuala Lumpur. I talked to a lady. I wanted some information. She asked specifications and told me to wait. She hangs up. I waited five minutes and I did not get the information that I wanted. I called again. I did not hear a voice. I only heard the music.

    I want to fly with my wife to Schiphol from Kuala Lumpur. We fly economy. And we fly starting on April 30 2019 and we fly back May 14 2019. How much are you going to charge us?

    Hi
    I refer to my booking for EDIN to KUL on 24 March 2020. Booking number is J99G56. Original ticket from EDIN to AMS was on KL 1286 at 1700 but this flight was cancelled and a new flight was booked for KL 1282 at 1320. Passenger name Yanting Hee. An extra baggage was also purchased. An economy comfort seat was bought but I was given a standard seat.
    However, upon checking in at airport to drop bags, there insist that a extra baggage was not bought and had to pay Euro 100 for the 1 extra baggage.
    I know that it is a difficult time with the virus outbreak but appreciate if you pls look into this.

    I booked a ticket for my wife on 18 June (ticket numbers 0742431264557) from Paris to Kuala Lumpur utilising the voucher you provided for her cancelled flight in mid March. I also paid RM6365 to upgrade her to Business Class.
    I was very upset to learn that you had dramatically curtailed the service you offered for this fee. It is truly underhand that you should seek to sell me a product a full price knowing full well that only a limited service would be available. I did not expect such a prestigious airline to stoop to such shady selling practices. Shame on you.

    Hi, I saw on the web that it is possible to check in extra luggage for additional price of Rm 333 per bag of 23 kg. We are three passengers so we will be adding an extra 3 additional bags, as we are moving out of the country. So the total checked in bags for 3 of us would be 6 bags. is it correct? Just wanted to confirm that my understanding of additional bag and the price is right.

    I am a peruvian diplomat travelling to Perú via Amsterdam on 27th February 2022.
    I have been vaccinated and have the booster too.
    Peru does not require PCR test for full vaccinated travellers but I was told that KLM does.
    I will be in transit in Amsterdam.
    Do I need the PCR test?
    Can I get the test at KLIA airport?
