My flight Departing Time 30.06.2021 Windhoek/Frankfurt has been changed from the morning to the evening. Thus I had to cancel my connection flight Frankfurt/Hannover (30.06.2021)which costs me Euro89,49. Received an mail from your offices that a refund of Euro66,49 is due to me soon. This I however will not accept at all because the delay is not my mistake. I am entitled to my full refund and demand it!!!

Customer is trying to extend flight dates and is told there is a $5000 “tax” fee. Customer is travelling business class, as he has a serious medical issue. Why the massive “tax” fee? I’ve been waiting for 3 separate periods stretching for up to 20min per episode with no response, trying to fix payment problems for a booking. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with their helpdesk.

For Germany we don’t need a PCR-Test, only our vaccination.
But: DO WE NEED A PCR-TEST for the flight with Lufthansa??

I amended my boss’ travel dates and she has not yet received her amended ticket even though this was done on 29 April 2022 and I was told that she would receive it within 4 hours. On Saturday evening my son, Dean Bayford returned to the UK. On his original trip to Cape Town, he only had a backpack, so we did not book a luggage allowance. On returning, I had bought a lot of clothes and gifts with a weight of 16 kgs for him and thus had to request booked-in luggage. I telephoned your help line and 2 occassions I was told the cost would be R1178.00 but the assistantant could not book the luggage in for me as booking had not opened yet, he also advised me to rather do it at the airport as it would be cheaper, however, on getting to the airport, I was charged plus minus R1600.00
I was really upset by this large difference in amount but I was told there was nothing they could do. Please can you advise why I was charged this enormous amount after being quoted a much lesser amount.
