      Cannot get through to your South Africa Reservations/ Customer service line since 08:00 am today… The line is constantly being put down. There are also no alternative numbers provided or email addresses that can be used to contact Reservations…

      I urgently need to reconfirm my flights departing on the 8th January to Funchal as they have been deleted & no alternatives given….

      Please can someone urgently contact me to make the necessary changes or else I need a refund to book flights elsewhere.

      Its extremely sad that an airline like Lufthansa which i have been travelling since 1982 has come to a state that we cannot speak directly to someone on the other end besides Elisa the robot who tells us to contact customer service. Unfortunately you phones ring and we are put on hold for more than 20 minutes to which i just lose my patience and i hang up.
      You offices at O R TAmbo just tell us that they cannot help go online, but Elisa tells us to contact customer service.
      This is not the service expected from a leading German company and i say this with authority because i’m very familiar with professional and efficient German service.
      Please look into this unacceptable service and treat this as positive criticism, alternatively give me a number i can contact that will be answered and i can speak to a human being besides a robot

    We booked our flight tickets through Lufthansa to go to Santiago de Compostela, Spain on 30 August 2018. We returned on 20 September and was supposed to catch our flight on SAA booked through Lufthansa, on the night of 20 September 2018. We only left the morning of 21 September, the flight was delayed for 15 hours. We were supposed to be refunded, but haven’t heard a word from anyone. It as flight SA 261 on 21 September 2018. Could you please assist us in this matter?
