My Booking Refarance is – M87LZR I few from JFK on 5th Januaty 2018 and missed my connecting flight from Doha to Amedabad due to Snow Storm at JFK airport in New York. At Doha Airport Qatar re-booked my flight for Jan 7th Flight # QR 534 and send us to Hotel in Doha. and they kept my checked in baggage at Doha Airport. While collecting my baggage at Amdavad on Jan 8th at luggage claim, I noticed that bag weight is very less. So i open the bag and found out that my large DSLR camera bag-pack filled with lots of camera gear is stolen. I beleived this item were stolen during holding period of 10 hours at Doha airport. Baggage Tag # 0279310993. Reason for my trip was photography. and I bought almost $3000.00 worht photographic equipment from B&H Photo sotre with in month of December 2017. I can provide you will proof of purchase. Reason I had to pack my improtant item in check in baggage is, that Qatar allowes only 15# weight in carry-on bag, I am sure some one of your employee had done this and made my trip very un-plasent. Beside money improtant thing is Qatar have spoiled purpose of my trip, which is photograpy. I would like to request Qatar to respond to my complaint.
Airport Authority asked me to file complaint with Qatar Airline, they refuse to take my complaint. Please responed. I few with Qatar becase I had trust on your service. Thank you
