I travelled from Baghdad to Nairobi on 04 Jan 18. I paid US $ 300 for excess baggage. The Issue EMD no. 1/QR443/04Jan18.
The staff at airport gave me only one email. My organization is asking for an official receipt for processing reimbursement.

A hold of 20min, and still not able to reach customer representative. They call them 5 stars airlines.
I placed an OK-2-Board request and till now they are not able to secure. This will result as rescheduling the flight, and obviously I will have to pay for it.
    A rubbish experience so far.

My Colleague has to travel with PNR MDIJGK on 29 Apr 19, however, after sending numerous e mails to [email protected], no response has been received which indeed speaks volumes of carelessness on part of Qatar Airways. Very Bad Experience.
