    This is to inform that during my presence at the Imam Khomeini Airport around 25 hours because of lack of facilities to clean it from the snow I was without food and a proper place to sleep and I regret to announce my complain against the following issues to Qatar Airways.

    1- In spite of knowledge of Qatar Airway crew regarding the annulation of the flight no. 491 from THE to DOH on 30.01.2018 the status of flight was still announced on time on the board and on your website!
    2- Meanwhile we were waiting for the next flight since last night one of the Qatar crew gave our seats to other passengers who were shown up in the last moments and that was why we lost almost 2 days of paid hotel voucher in Geneva! The behavior of your personnel was rude and unacceptable!
    3- I informed the regional manager of Qatar Airways at the airport that I was suffering from the consequences of a disease (Called MS) since for 25 hours I was waiting in a bad situation at the airport for the third flight. He did not give us any room at the hotel so that I can take a rest and he said that it was not possible, meanwhile he had rooms available at the hotel at the same time in front of airport for other passengers for the same flight!

    I would appreciate in case you consider these matters into consideration and I’m waiting for your quick response concerning this complain.

    We had a damaged baggage with ref. no:IKA1740752 dd:Apr,13,2019 4:22
    Passenger name:Taraneh Nouri Ticket No:157336673832 TAG: SK540328
    This claim referred to a baggage shop called Talaipour Tel:66716646
    Unfortunately this shop is not a reliable shop for such claims because
    they offered me a very poor quality baggage instead of mine , and in
    response to my request to change with a better quality they asked me
    to pay 1.3 million tomans instead.
    I find almost the same/even better quality baggage in other shops to
    buy with regular price and without your confirmation paper up to 1.2
    millions tomans.
    She will stay only one more week in Tehran and prefers to claim this
    case in return to her resident place in Copenhagen/Denmark , but she
    would not be able to carry the damaged baggage to Denmark, please

    Dear Qatar Airways Team,

    Please note we are reiterating this massage that the shipment has wrongly came to India and the consignee has not put up any paperwork’s with the customs and presently the goods are currently lying in Customs Unaccompanied Baggage section.

    Please note subject MAWB # 157-54830930 has been imported to India but there is an error in cargo.

    Please note we note we need the green signal along with the Freight amount along with other receivable payable in order to send the shipment back it to the origin and the rest of the process we will be able to handle it thru our CHA (if required)

    Please note the contents of the shipment is foodstuffs which is a highly perishable product which needs to returned in the next console back to Iran.

    Please note we are ready to pay freight amount and other receivable amount directly to Qatar airways in India for moving the goods back to Iran.

    I have called Qatar Airways in Tehran – Iran, but have not been able to speak with anyone.

    I wanted to know, if round trip ticket for (USA Washington) – Tehran, and Return from Tehran to USA Washington could be purchased in Tehran -Iran (paid for in Tomans/Rials) by a relative ( e.g. sister or someone’s mother ). Earlier in 2019, I travelled to Tehran – Iran and back by Qatar Airways, and I was very happy with the service (I had purchased my ticket in USA). And I would like to travel to Tehran and back in 2020, and want to know if my sister could purchase my ticket in Tehran paying for it with Tomans/Rials.

    Qatar customer service in Iran is non-existent. Zero. No one answers any calls and there is no email or online chat. Beside Tehran city and airport I have called other cities and no response.
    The cancelled one piece of my route from IKA to SFO and left hanging. I even called Doha office and the call was blocked. What a joke.
    I paid for this expensive ticket and it is useless. I had to buy another ticket and lost many days at work.
    Dont buy from qatar airways if you travel to Iran.

      100% true.
      I travel worldwide and have never seen anything as awful as the customer service here. I lost my ticket for no reason whatsoever. I had everything I needed, and they told me to download a link to fill out a form (it was a pdf) that would not even open, even with the vpn. After telling the manager, he said nothing, and did nothing. Just stood there coldly saying “Too bad.” I told him if it’s JFK airport that needs it, let me deal with it there. He still looked at me with an evil smile. And I couldn’t go home and lost my ticket without a refund. There’s absolutely no accountability there.

    My flight was rebooked 3 times and I never received a call or an email from qatar airways to notify me in regards to cancellation or closure of destination airport in US and seems as no one at the airport wants to give any information about the why and what to do in order to feel as the passangers are important to your airline.
    My flight Ref: JDNPVP and for the past 15 days I’ve not been able to get a call or an email from qatar airways giving me a bit of info. I’m very much disappointed and will do my autmost not to ever use QA again.

    I had booked a ticket from tehran to montreal Canada for the date of 27th March2020 but due to quarantine restrictions and corona problems I had to ask for the refund on ghatarairways app I had downloaded &the payment was also originally paid on the app but the refund has not been made so far whereas I made the cancellation nearly 1 month ago I spoke to your representatives on the phone and they told me that they would pursue the matter through accountancy and contact me for the result but still apparently nothing has been done so I am writing to ask for your immediate action regarding the matter furthermore it is not possible to contact the office by phone,

    Qatar airlines workers made a mistake playing a rile of customs officers of a foreign country, and did not let many passengers to board the plane on their way home. Later that day QA call centre acknowledged the mistake and said Tehran office would call us and solve the problem. They NEVER called. Their offices are ALL closed and mobile numbers switched off. Ridiculous company that bribed Skytrax to buy (not win) their rewards.

        You need to take COVID-19 test 3 days prior to departure. Travellers arriving in the U.S are advised to get tested 3-5 days after arrival. You can expect the quarantine after arrival.

    I Am passanger to travel to canada to visit his doughter that she is pragnent and on 25nov2020 I have ticket by qatar air line and my travel agency sent my documents to resive my ok to board but until now it means 5 hours befor my flight I dont get my ok to board to toronto I should say that my document is complete but I do not know why I did not resive my ok to board.     I hope you are doing great. I am from Iran and I want to book a flight. when I checked your website, I noticed that you didn’t write any PCR testing lab in my city which is Kerman.
    Would you please update your website and write a lab to go to and do the test. cause due to Crona situations, it is not possible to go to another city just for doing this test.

    I have confirm reservation on flight 4:45 THIS morning. I have toke PCR test and I have report. I received a email from QATAR airways that

    says 96 hrs before flight. I went to airport this morning but they don’t let me to take flight. They reasen was 72 hrs before flight I have taking
    the test. My questions are how can reschedule next flight to LAX .So I can PCR test.
