      I have been trying to phone the Vienna office (different days, different times), but the phone appears to be constantly busy. Today I went to the office in the first district, but nobody answered the door even though I rang the bell for quite some time. I have a voucher, which I cannot redeem online and therefore I need to go to an office.
      This is not the kind of customer service I expect from an otherwise excellent airline.

    Please update the website to reflect the correct office hours. It is frustrating and misleading.

Bravofly hatte technische Probleme – so gab es kein e-ticket. Keine INFO von Bravofly oder Qatar, ob der Flug generell stattfindet. Ich hƤnge seit 25. MƤrz in SAIGON fest. UND ERREICHE EUCH NICHT.     This is William Warren,(USA), a regular Business customer pre-COVID. I have a flight VIE DOH KARACHI on the 31st. Can you please advise me as to any specific COVID (or other ) requirements for that flight? I’m fully vaccinated and expect to have the European green vacc pass completed sometime this week.     My daughters booked a flight with Qatar Airways from Vienna to Zanzibar from 8th till 17th September 2021. Due to a postponed start of their studies, they will not be able to start the journey. On your website it says that tickets that have not been used are valid for 2 years.
    Unfortunately my daughters did not book their flights to Zanzibar directly with Qatar Airways but via Flugladen.at. Every contact with Flugladen, Cheap Tickets and Travix has failed so far. But apparently no rebooking is possible. Therefore I turn to you with the request for support: We understand that there are rebooking fees with Flugladen, but why should it be completely impossible while you state completely different conditions on your website?

    I tried to enter my wife Susanne Fruehwirth as family member for the privilege club and made uploads of her passport and our merriage certificate but got a mail, that I have to submit a ‘stamped marriage certificate in English/Arabic’. Then I tried to phone by the number given above for privilage club but got only peeps that mean, that the number does not exist. I’m not really happy!

    By the way: What does it mean when you say: ‘provide stamped marriage certificate in english/arabic? I live in Austria, and the language here for legal documents is German. I do not understand that an international company with a branch here in Austria does not accept these legal documents; is there nobody able to read this document in German??? And what is a ‘stamped document’? And what means english/arabic? Both languages or one of these?

    My friend ( Mila Lapuz) was positive in her PCR Test last March 17. She was tested last March 16. Her departure date is Mach 18 to Clark, Philippines As of now she is in quarantine to for 14 days expected due is March 30. She is planning to leave Vienna to Clark on Apr.1, 2022, but there is a big price difference of 600 Euro . Will the QR airlines will not give any consideration on this matter ? I will appreciate for your immediate reply on this matter.

    I sent about 12 times this email to ‘Qatar Airways Customer Care’ (tell-us@qatarairways.com.qa) without answer. Is it OK?

    We had a flight on 28. March 2022 from Seychelles to Doha with a confirmed departure time 23:55. This time have been changed, but I didnā€™t get any notification about that. In our Hotel we got a late checkout free of charge for 28. March. We organized a tour with a taxi driver for this day. On 28.march morning I tried a check in by Qatar and I see accidentally that the departure time was changed to 20:35. We have to cancel the tour, it was disagreeable for us.
    Additionally one of our originally paid and confirmed seat was no more available.
    Our connecting time in Doha increasing to about 8 hours. We are not young anymore (72 and 73 years old), so many hours to be without sleep. I have to book two longue access, that we can a few hours to sleep. I paid for this transaction 176ā‚¬ (see the bill bellow). We flew several times with Qatar airways and we was always very satisfied, but this time it was not cloudless. How could it have happened by a so brilliant airlines?

    from KTM to Doha has been changed.
    We would like to know, if it is possible to take flight QR 647 leaving KTM on the 21. Oct. 2022 at 20:30 to Doha arriving at 22:45 and take flight QR 188 leaving Doha on

    Wir sind am 29.4.2022 von Phuket via Doha nach Wien geflogen. QR 843 und QR 189. Bei einem dieser FlĆ¼ge wurde ein Koffer beschƤdigt. Diese BeschƤdigung haben wir direkt am Flughafen Wien gemeldet. Fallnummer: 00128433
    Der anwesende Mitarbeiter hat den Schadensfall aufgenommen und auch Bilder des beschƤdigten Koffers gemacht.
    Nach Aufforderung der Firma DOLFI 1920 GmbH haben wir Bilder und Schadensbericht Release and Discharge QR und die zugesandten Dokumente ausgefĆ¼llt und auf dem Postweg ; wie von Dolfi verlangt; zugesandt.
    Nachdem sich nichts getan hat, haben wir die selben Dokumente und Bilder nochmals per mail an die Firma Dolfi gesandt.
    Danach bekam ich nochmals die Aufforderung die Dokumente per Post zu versenden. Ich habe die Dokumente nochmals per mail gesendet und daraufhin eine Gutschrift im Online Shop, in der Hƶhe von 90.00 Euro erhalten. Demzufolge habe ich mir einen Koffer ausgesucht, den ich bis heute nicht bekommen habe.
    Als Grund wurde mir von der Firma Dolfi einmal die Lieferschwierigkeiten genannt und einmal die fehlende Autorisierung von Quatar genannt.
    Mittlerweile haben wir den 19.8.2022, der Schadensfall war am 29./30.4.2022 und ich habe noch immer KEINEN Koffer,
    Ich ersuche dringen um Stellungnahme und rascheste Zusendung des Koffers.
