Hei olemme odottaneet jo kohta 2,5 kk vastausta Qatar airwaysilta ,lensimme 20.1.2017 Malesta Dohaan teidän lennollanne ja dohasta Helsinkiin piti olla jatkolento kun oltiin Dohassa ihan ajallaan meille ilmoitettiin vaan että emme pääse Doha Helsinki väliselle lennolle ja meidät lennätetään Kööpenhaminan kautta Helsinkiin eli Doha Kööpenhamina ja Kööpenhamina Helsinki ja meillä oli tietenkin jatkolento Helsinki Oulu 21.1.2017 koska eihän piti alkuperäisen suunnitelman mukaan olla 21.1 klo.07.00 Helsingissä ja meillä oli varattu jatkolento Hki Oulu klo.10.20 lähtevään koneeseen no me myöhästyttivät siitä Oulun lennolta ja jouduttiin ostamaan uudet kotimaan lennot jotka maksoivat meiltä 410€,meille ei missään vaiheessa kerrottu miksi emme päässeet Doha Hki lennolle ja oltiin varattu lennot jo toukokuussa 2016 joten paikat varmasti oli meidän eikä mitään ylibuukkausta voinut meidän kohdalla olla,muutenkin Dohassa hoidettiin tosi huonosti meidän paikkajärjestelyt meidät laitettiin istumaan mieheni kans ihan eri puolelle konetta toinen 7 riville ja toinen riville 27,mies siellä Dohassa antoi meille joku paperit missä oli että meille makšettaisiin 150$ per ihminen korvaukseksi siitä kun jouduttiin eri lennolle ja että kun tullaan Helsinkiin niin voidaan hakea Qatarin toimipisteestä ne rahat saadaan käteisenä eli meille kahdelle se olisi 300$ ja mies Dohassa aikoi hoitaa meille jatkolennon Hki Oulu välille aikoi olla yhteydessä Suomeen ja kertoa että myöhästyminen ,no kun tultiin Helsinkiin niin ei ollu järkätty uusia lippuja joten ostimme uudet 410€ ja Helsingissä ei ole mitään Qatarin toimistoa mistä olisimme voineet hakea rahat ,vakuutusyhtiö ei korvaa koska ei ole sanottu mitään syytä miksi meidät siirrettiin toiselle lennolle joten nyt haluaisin että hoitsuista asian meille loppuun asti ja saisimme Hki Oulu lipun hinnan 410€ ja ne lupaamanne 300$ josta dokumentti numerot emd-1578227694695 kivari Jaana Susanna ja emd-1578227694703 Alatalo Jari Tapani ,kiitos voitteko palata pikaisesti terveisin Susanna kivari

I and my colleagues have used Qatar Asia flights from/to Finland.
26th May I missed morning plane from Finland-Qatar-Indonesia.
I managed to buy new ticket for the same day evening flight as I had to be in Indonesia Power office on Monday morning 9:00 AM at 28th May.
It was my mistake to miss the plane. However, when my company pays now 2 (two) tickets, it would be Business Intelligence from you to let me be in Business Class in second flight.
I try to negotiate this, but it was not possible.
Please let me announce that I will never use your company any more in any flights and I will make sure that no one in our organization will neither.

We arrived to Doha 17.4.2019, the flight was Late over 12 hours.
The reason was that Pilot and the one member on stuff were trunk, the police captured them on Helsinki Airport.
Now we want compensation concerning delay – ovet 12 hours.
The international law says that it is 600 €/Person, together 1200 €.

The reason was that the pilot and one member of staff were Drunk and the police arrasted them.
As I mentioned the international law says if the flight is late more 5 hour , the compensation is 600 € / person. In this case is 1200 € together included my wife.

The reason that flight delayed that we have possible to influence to the matter at all. I believe that you are as surprised that the part of stuff were Drunk.

Tried to call your Helsinki office for ticket reservation. When I used the number which is on your website, the recording answered that the number you dialled in not in use, please check the number. I checked and had the number as said in your website.
